1. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major failures and for products that are not of acceptable quality.
2. Change of mind
Food supplements with broken seals or opened safety packaging are generally not accepted for change-of-mind returns due to health and safety rules. Unopened items in resaleable condition may be returned within fourteen days of delivery where we expressly confirm eligibility by email.
3. Incorrect or damaged items
If you receive the wrong item or the package arrives materially damaged, contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery with photos of the outer carton and affected units. We will provide instructions for return or disposal as appropriate.
